What is an empowered parent? For us, Mary and Annie, it means not judging who you are or what you've done, knowing what is true for you, and not giving up any part of you for another (even your kids).
How does that benefit your children? When you choose to be an empowered parent, your children value themselves, they don't require others to validate them, they trust their awareness, and they see challenges as possibilities.
In this series, Annie and Mary will guide you into 3 powerful tools that will empower you and your children to live a life that is full, enriching, and honoring. Truthfully, being an empowered parent requires the willingness to let go of what hasn't been working for you and your child and to be open to and take the action that will create something different. And that's the aim of this course.
Each week, we will introduce a new tool that will build on the one from the week before, give you insights as well as the opportunity to clear away the blocks that keep you from applying the tool and then a week to practice.
In the 3 week class, we’re going to…
We are here to encourage, cheer and support you in your journey as you parent your children with more ease and joy.
Parents who have taken this class have been grateful for the new insights that they were not aware of before and to have the tools to empower themselves to make the changes needed to parent in a way that works for them and their children.
Would you like to begin a different, more empowering way of parenting your kids, no matter their age?
